ACTRESS Imogen Poots has been signed as the new face of the Chloé perfume franchise alongside French model and actress Camille Rowe Pourcheresse. The two 21-year-olds will star in a new Chloé campaign, shot by renowned photographers Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin - due for worldwide release this September.
Despite having starred on-screen alongside the likes of Natalie Portman in V For Vendetta, and Michael Douglas and Susan Sarandon in Solitary Man, this will be the first time that Imogen will be appearing in front of the camera as a representative of a luxury brand. However, it appears that the starlet's acting skills will be put to good use thanks to the chameleon-like aspects of the Chloé woman being represented: "I'm really proud to participate in this wonderful project," said Poots in a statement, "[this is] a campaign that allows different types of personalities to be shown."
"They both embody the Chloé woman in their own way," clarifies Françoise Mariez, senior vice president at Coty Prestige (the licensing company behind the Chloé fragrance). "Imogen incarnates the natural and youthful side of the Chloé woman while Camille embodies her seductive and modern facet," she explains.
