I don't understand, why would her being a bit more educated about important issues would make her enjoy her age less? It's not that she should be 'filtering her feelings', it's that she shouldn't have these feelings/thoughts at all, because they're ignorant and offensive and JLaw should know better. I think Jen is actually a very decent person, possibly one of the nicest celebs in young Hollywood. This is going OT but there's an interview some news crew did with her "biggest fan" who was evidently mentally disabled, but apparently Jen has been friends with him since they were teenagers and she now invites him out to LA for premieres, sends him posters and talks to him on the phone a lot. His mother spoke about how Jen would come over after school and paint with him etc. And when her fan/friend (can't remember his name sorry) rang Jen in front of the cameras, she picked up for him and spoke on speakerphone to the news crew about what a funny and amazing person he was. I'm sure she would be offended if someone called her friend the r-word, or made a "joke" where mentally disabled people were the punchline, because she's been exposed to the disabled community and understands why disability isn't funny. She doesn't mean harm or malice, she's just ignorant about transgender issues and so doesn't understand why calling her cat Chaz Bono would be offensive to the LGBT community. I'm sure (or I hope) that if someone explained to her why what she said wasn't funny, she'd take it on board. But in order for that to happen people can't defend or excuse what she said with "it was just a joke" or "she's young, who cares?" Problematic things need to be called out so that people can learn from them.

She looks amazing in that blue bikini! I'm sure that pap was paid a fortune for those photos lol. Can someone ID the dress she wore on Ellen, it's super cute.

I love that best actress is between two of my favourite up and coming actresses. It's sort of crazy she got four nominations but its great as it keeps the suspense up.

Wow..she's nominated quite a bit I just saw the Sliver Linings Playbook and she was brilliant and captivating. Also...her body is banging. She definitely keeps me motivated to work out! Also, her hair in the movie suited her perfectly. I like the messy bun with wispy bangs and her dark hair.
