But did I read the price of that house right? Just over half a mil...

...surely not, that's nothing!! You would be lucky to get an average place here for that....

I thought that was reasonable, too- but maybe it needs a lot of work, it is pretty old, and on an island in the North Country...maybe that's about right...

It looks like a bad real estate agent picture to me...I mean, Karl bought it sight unseen and wants to use it for photoshoots; I trust him...

And aircraft from the Karl Stalk Army are in the air as we speak, photographing every inch!! (Is that crabgrass in the backyard!!!? It is demode, so not Chanel...)

This is the wrong house, I know it.

It's only four bedrooms, five bathrooms, not the six bedroom mansion we were promised.

And it's really plain on the inside.

So I really doubt this is true. I would have thought that the man who used to rent a 18,000 square foot 18th century building in Paris would've gone a bit ritzier, but who knows?

OK, well Karl is here in New York (everyone heads up to Grammercy Park...) and is going to be in Central Park at the Chanel Pod and presenting an award next week- then, he is going to the new house for a photo shoot! So we will without a doubt see paps and media in a few days!! It is beyond!!
