I'm shocked, shocked that she's wearing white again!! Who would have predicted that. I think her stylist is lazy. Sure white is big this summer but does she have to pick out a white dress for Kate at every event?

The sighting that I posted a while back that described Kate as looking like "a child prostitute", I can see where that person is coming from looking at these pics. Anyone else see the movie Pretty Baby? The peroxide blonde hair and garish red lipstick aren't doing her any favors, it's hooker chic.

The dress is fine but the same old thing and boring. Frankly I'm not overly thrilled with strapless dresses because, like with this one, they often make the breasts look like they are down lower than they actually are. The dress is sitting down too low on her torso.

I swear Jessica Paster is morphing her into Jessica Simpson. Tacky, tacky.

Even though Kate is an A cup, on certain dresses she wears you can see EVERYTHING. You can tell what the temperature is if you know what I mean. And to me that is SO tacky. I don't want to see ppl's Nips, Kate is no exception.

well, everyone's allowed to have their opinions...in my opinion it's not tacky as long as her nipples aren't as big as plates my boobs are as tiny as hers and I don't wear bras all the time either...

It's a beautiful dress, but white?! I mean it's beautiful in white but not again... Should be red well I'm saying that 'cause I love everything red... which is probably the reason why I kinda like the red lipstick... The hair itself looks really beautiful, I just really don't like the colour.

That's my point exactly. Fair enough if she's an A cup but when she's wearing dresses that are made of shiny, clingy fabric and which clearly show her breasts then I think it's tacky. For someone who's PR loves to push her as the "classy" alternate to young hollywood, she's sure not dressing like it.

I do kinda see the Courtney Love resemblence actually.

Given that she's a Revlon model, you think someone would make a better job of her make-up. Not good advertising for them to have Kate walking around looking like that. The bright red lipstick is too garish for her, the white blonde hair isn't helping matter either. She's morphing into a barbie doll.

Hmmm... i can't decide what I feel.
On one hand, sure, she looks lovely, in a fragile sort of way.
But on the other hand.. it's too pale.
The white dress, the (almost) white hair.
And teamed with the red lipstick..
