I'm just taking a gander here, but I think one of the main reasons Kate skin is so flawless ( or appears to be so) is due to her organic, extremely health concious diet. I've read numerous things saying she drinks lots of teas and takes wheatgrass shots and what not. Has anyone else read or heard this? i'm sure that's where her slim physique comes from as well...don't really know though. It could just be the luxury of being able to recieve facials Every Other day if she wanted. All us here at the FS would have gorgeous skin as well if we could do that. Plus she doesn't looks like she drinks incessantly and I definitely don't think she smokes.

^What pictures are you referring to? The only pics I've seen of her smoking she was by herself. Once getting out of a car and at the Superman London premiere afterparty.

I forget what interview but she said she takes fish oil pills and it does wonders for her skin & nails.

ETA: Interesting. I just looked up Fish Oil pills and they say the Omega 3 Fish Oil helps weight loss. (In a healthy way)

I take Fish Oil Pills too and they are really good for your skin....
I find my skin is much less dry and some have said I have a "glow" ....
I find my hair seems stronger too, much less breakage.
Didn't notice any weight loss though.

oh I never read that....hmm I take Omega 3 for my hair...so far it hasn't helped my hair, my skin, my nails or my weight loss..

I remember the fish oil pill comment just because I'd never heard of them before that and wondered why the hell you'd take that. I've seen pics where he skin doesn't look so good, but that was when she was younger. I know my skin "mellowed out" as I got older and we're the same age.

As for smoking and drinking she seems to do her share of both, but everyone in hollyweird does. I've heard more than once that she actually smokes like a chimney, but she seems to wait for after parties (Vanity Fair with Mischa). It's probably more to do with being a celebrity and being privvy to all the big secret treatments that are $500 a pop.
