she was kind of weirdly acting just as did Renee Zellweger who didn't even say a word when presenting the winner ..now that was awkward as well

and that's exactly the impression I got from her appearance .. not remotely complex, just basic "OH GOSH EVERYONE PLEASE STOP LOOKING AT ME!" teenage behavior. We've all been there, no biggie, but the woman is 23. I say relax a little, Kristen.

Actually I think getting some education would work wonders on her career, go to Harvard or something, off the radar for 3-4 years.. come back with a more interesting 'craft', intrigue, and obviously a bit of humility (not that you'll find that in Harvard though..), less narcissism. Because thinking you're all that is a double-edge sword, works for a while, makes people wonder, but with nothing to back it up, it fades..

I still find myself feeling REALLY sorry for her. I agree, her PR team need to let her go under the radar for awhile.
Last night was not a good night for her AT ALL in terms of PR for MANY reasons.

Fashion wise...the dress was very unflattering when photographed from certain angles.
Her hair was a mess (probably because she kept touching it all night).

Personality wise...she looked so nervous/twitchy all night. And when she presented, she looked and sounded like she would did NOT want to be there at all.

And on a random note (but this is how Hollywood thinks), she was such a stark contrast to Jennifer Lawrence (who is a year younger than Kristen) and even Q (who is 9 years old) in terms of composure, personality, talent (Twilight had just won like 10 Razzies the previous night) that it did NOT do her any favors.

I completely agree that she should go under the radar and just relax, recover from the past few years of Twilight craziness, have some fun, and just really get some therapy if she's not already. She's apparently got some serious anxiety issues and they do have help for that kind of thing. :/

I think she is just so much more relaxed than Daniel and most other stars. She just hasnt forced herself to behave "just right". It's almost unheard of from a celeb woman and it's why I like her. I see a girl who is a little different and much more interesting for it. Reminds me of Heath Ledger a bit....he also had ticks and sntics but at the same time seemed oddly relaxed. She's a bit like that but more introverted.

I'm not sure Harvard does anything but make people full of themselves. She could try Evergreen, might be more her speed.

It is so odd that everyone says she should relax. You say that when she's standing next to stiff and pompous Radcliffe???

Don't get me wrong, I see a bit similar to you, I find her quite possibly the prettiest girl in Hollywood right now (really, can't think of anyone else- I find most people just well-groomed ) and up until Into The Wild, I think she had a spark in her eyes that distinguished her among her pack. I just think she's let fame consume that a little, it's in the way she carries herself, her perception of her place in society/world/something like that, the bad energy she emits, to the point it's all over the surface when interacting in front of the lens, and obviously hearing her talk is just painful, so self-absorbed I almost wonder if people can choke speaking like that , like I said in the Vanity Fair cover thread (I think that's what it was), she has so much potential to be one of these icons of beauty/personality precisely for these traits she has (inside out) but she needs to work on them and don't let them bite her on the a*s. It's just going back to her basics really, back to the cave and get herself together.. it's the only way people are going to back off, especially as the buzz of every franchise, no matter how big it is, is bound to fade over time, so she does have freedom, just needs to channel it somewhere imo..

* I didn't even notice Radcliffe because she was like twitching or something.

Also, people expected her wearing Balenciaga, and now it looks like Balenciaga doesn't want to work with her anymore.

She was one of the last to arrive. Logistics or narcissism, I think the latter.
Daniel Radcliffe was the utmost professional, no stick stuck up any of his orifice.
She should stick to mtv movie awards

Agree. DanRad....pompus? Putting those words in the same sentence is laughable.
Clearly, you haven't seen him enough. If I had to compare him to anything it would be an adorable, hyperactive puppy.
He just knows how to act professional in a professional setting. And he actually has quite a few quirks, which he's commented on a lot in interviews.

And in DanRad's defense, he actually said something very sweet in defense of Kristen.
Not sure of his exact quote, but he said something like: "I just wanted to pick her up and carry her to the microphone." He was really sweet.

In fact, a lot of celebrities and other people on Twitter have been really harsh to her based on various articles I've seen.
And I'm watching the Fashion Police right now and they just CRUCIFIED Kristen. I've NEVER heard them be this harsh to someone and it wasn't just one funny comment from Joan.
There were several and to top it off they gave her a Worst dressed nomination. So, yeah, I don't think this has anything to do with Dan Radcliffe.

@Alma Kemp: Here's an article from Yahoo! that had the following tweets from celebs about Kristen:

Quote:
@joelmchale: Kristen Stewart is limping because she sprained her ankle from being excessively disinterested. #OscarsWithJoel

Stewart's hair was also the subject of ridicule, though many felt that it wasn't anything a good comb couldn't fix.

@SarahKSilverman: Is Kristen Stewart fundamentally against brushes?

@kathygriffin: Somebody get Kristin Stewart a rascal & some good old fashioned "pancake" make up for those bruises, oh & a comb
The "bruises" mentioned in that second tweet are in reference to the noticeable marks on Stewart's arms (where did those come from?), which inspired some rather extreme concern/ridicule.

@pattonoswalt: FYI, Kristen Stewart -- Russ Meyer & Sam Peckinpah knew how to cover arm bruises.

@rilaws: A little worried that Kristen Stewart is going to be in the In Memoriam.
Here's a link to the article: Click here to read it.

I really could not care much less about some Fashion Police people. In fact, I could probably write a thesis on why I hate Fashion Police just based on their name alone. So you have a few 30+ people who don't understand the concept of grunge....not very interesting.

As for Daniel being stiff and pompous, well of course that was just in this show, I really have not paid attention to him elsewhere. In this clip, the fact remains that he looks stiff, nervous and slightly pompous, while Kristen looks like she is having the time of her life - Cobain style, of course, I guess it's not something most people can relate to. But I can, for better or worse.
