Anyways outfits in the last couple of months are nothing like you descibed. She's wearing minidresses with heels, leather jacket, skinny jeans, a grecian style dress, suspender shorts...etc and her trademark headband has been mostly absent.

Lauren DOES wear skinny jeans (I don't think I've ever seen her in any other kind recently) and she had a headband wrapped around her forehead less than ten pages ago (although she was probably wearing it because of the party). People are just giving her way too much credit. It's like omg she's wearing a leather jacket! A plain white dress shirt and skinnies! So chic. You're really heading into new fashion territory there Lauren. yawn.

When you come onto a thread and wonder aloud why on earth there are so many pages in the thread, you are commenting on those of us who frequent the thread-- not the star's style. I find it a bit condescending. If you don't like her style, fair enough but don't insult people who do.

A lot of us appreciate the fact that Lauren is able to look stylish with a fraction of the budget of other celebrities and incorporates trends in a way that suits her classic style. She does not look like her peers who in my opinion tend to be overly trendy and all dress the same. She does not need to break any new ground IMO to have admirable style. I happen to like her style and if that means I am giving her too much credit then so be it.

I really enjoy Lauren's style. I think it reflects her personality. She doesn't go above and beyond to stand out, but rather dresses to look chic and simple. I actually prefer her when she is less trendy (ex: RayBans, skinnies, etc) b/c it suits her to wear a plain tank and jeans w/ a headband.

I think Lauren's take on the suspender shorts is completely different from the look Lindsay sported earlier this year. It actually reminds me more of Cameron Diaz's suspender skirt. I think all three women intepreted the look well for themselves although I would never wear Lindsay's outfit.

I remember Lauren saying a while back that she couldn't wear skinny jeans because they didn't work on her. Now she has lost some weight and she's rocking them. I think Audrina's style may be rubbing off on her.

Lauren and Audrina outside Les Deux a few nights ago filming for The Hills. On her website blog Lauren mentioned scoring a vintage Chanel bag at a thrift store when she was in New York for The Hills finale. I think the bag she's wearing may be the one. She's worn it a few time.

I agree. I actually like LC's look the best, but I'm not crazy about the denim rompers or pinafores at all. I really dislike what Lindsay wore.
