I love this look too and it's quite easy. All it needs is a good backcomb and pin the front section back with grips. Like a quiff but taking more of the sides back. Or like a half ponytail but less taken from the sides. I hope I have helped a little!

well to each her own. And yes I was perceptive enough to observe the red t-shirt, but I think most will agree that it is a rather unique approach to pair a suiting skirt with a flimsy tee. That's all.

I can see what you mean about the seemingly invisable grips. What I think that might be is, when you look really closely at your picture, it looks like when she has taken the top section back, it has been twisted and pinned almost behind. Can you see what I mean? Maybe also the height the backcombing creates, helps hide the grips.
