his may sound ignorant, but i didn't know her body looked like that!
I think she can thank photoshop for that...

I do love Shape though, I may have to go get that issue.

Cool, I'd love to know what she does in terms of working out and eating habits. Thanks for the scans!

From PerezHilton.com. His last line is pretty funny...and true!

LC’s body is bangin’!
Lauren Conrad graces the cover of the new issue of Shape.
The Hills star claims to have gotten buff by twice-a-week weight training, running and kickboxing, plus healthy eating.
“I used to love fast food,” she says. “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”
The fact that LC doesn’t have a real job and can spend all the time she wants working out, definitely helps!

Granted she could have lost weight, I just think that photoshop had so much to do with it. Her natural figure isn't an hourglass like that...here is a pic from this summer for comparison:

On a higher note...I love the purple bikini on her. It's a good color for her.

I've always envied her small waist and flat stomach. She has a very feminine body.

She looks so fab on the cover of Shape.

About the photoshopping thing, I remember a few months back when Hilary Duff was on the cover and everyone thought, woah that must be photoshopped and then a video from behind the scenes came out and her stomach really was that flat and mega toned.

i don't think shape magazine, who allows people to be proud of their own bodies would be involved in any photoshop shananigans... It would go against everything they promote.

You would think so, but they airbrushed Kelly Ripa's belly button from an outtie to an innie on her May cover-she talked about it on her show. Sure it's pretty minor, but if they feel the need to airbrush a belly button, I'd imagine they airbrush other things as well.
