Give the girl some time. She's at a strange point in her life right now. She's just started to get back into the swing of things and people are starting to care more. She can't be expected to look perfect 24/7 after such a long downward descent. She needs time to adjust.

Also those pictures of her shopping are from after she went to the beach. Everyone's hair looks terrible after swimming.

I think that a cute bra or bikini top would have really helped this out. Plus posture can do wonders!
