The tank is just getting caught in her crotch. I really do like Lindsay and I THANK GOD she's NOT wearing short shorts or panties or something like that over her tights, but honestly the way the shirt gets caught between her legs makes it look a little like a diaper on the outside. It's not flattering. Otherwise I like the outfit. I think she's very cute and I do so hope she's successful in rehab. I wish her the best!

I know shes in rehab and is focusing on getting well, but still have to say this is my favorite casual outfit shes worn in a long time, its super cute!
