She's worn that dress before in March this year. I think Mary-Kate and her were in Paris and Mary-Kate was also wearing black and the prada turban with peroxide hair. At the time they were both wearing leather jackets so you couldn't see Ashley's dress properly but it's absolutely gorgeous!!
