that pic is from lastnightsparty.com, and there is a 'photographer' (Merlin Bronques). The pictures of Ashley are from Boudoir. I'm almost 100% positive it was after the Calvin Klein show. Other people at the party were Kristin C from Laguna Beach, Lou Doillon, and Hilary Duff.
