She doesn't look like she's had much work done on her face to me. Just the plumper lips but that's hardly unusual in Hollywood.

Yea, she was always pretty. If she's had work done, it's been very subtle. She would have been pretty either way. Especially after fixing the eyebrows and dying her hair dark.

Maybe she was pretty by high school standards not movie star goddess type. Now she has become the latter with good plastic surgery..
She definitely had her nose done. The tip is much smaller and higher these days. I saw her recently on "confessions of a teenage drama queen" and I was like...that's not Megan Fox!!
Anyway she's definitely an improvement nowadays
