It does look shorter, or maybe it's tucked underneath, either way it's very cute. And the color and dress look awesome on her.

Her hair is thick, and I think it's pretty silly that all the hairstyles chosen by her/whomever styles her hair for events adds much more volume to her already thick hair. It looks bad, and her hair looks much better in day to day candid shots. Perhaps she should try slicking it back because the big hair is overdone.
