^ Yeah, the outfit is aging. This isn't appropriately classy for a 20-something year old like Natalie. This is appropriately classy for a 40 or 50 year old!!

I think she could have gotten away with the shawl if she added some spunk with more youthful shoes--I'm thinking some sweet ballet flats.

She looks so cute and so much like Keira Knightley in the new candids. They need to do a movie together immediately.

How could she get "best dressed of the week" with that outfit? I honestly don't see anything special to it. Just black pants and a cape. But the thing that I find totally off is the blue blouse inside. That blue seems totally off with that kind of outfit. Seems like a sporty blue for a sweatshirt, not an elegant blue that would match the outfit. And the grandma hairstyle and lack of makeup don't help either. Am I crazy, or why is she being held so highly for that totally average outfit?

You are right
I have those exact boots and I got them from...*drumroll*...Target
They are perfect for shlepping about or for standing in/walking as they are supportive yet flat-ish.
By Target prices, they were "pricey" as most of their shoes cost in the $15-20 range...these set me back a whopping $35
