Joining the heiress to celebrate her 23rd birthday: boyfriend, Kevin "KevCo" Connolly, Heatherette designer Richie Rich, fellow heiress Casey Johnson (of the Johnson & Johnson family); oil heir Brandon Davis, Hilton cousins Farrah and Brooke, Hilton publicist Elliot Mintz, plus Jon Alagem, Brian Long and Mauricio Umansky, as well as the business partners for Nicky's fashion company and her new Nicky O's hotel in Miami Beach.

After dinner, we headed on over to Pure at Caesar's Palace around midnight for the official extravaganza.

Paris introduced her sister to the crowd and even treated the revelers to a few songs from her new album.

The party was raging for two hours plus, and at almost 3:00 AM we migrated over to a villa at Caesar's for some after-party action.


The birthday cake, a replica of Nicky's new South Beach hotel.

The birthday girl, Perez, and DJ Jon Alagem.

Cake is awesome. I like Nicky Hilton but her daywear looks have been slipping way to casual for what she used to look like especially with all those damn flipflops, But her evening wear is still very stylish imo an what is with perez hilton that guy is gross.

Also what is the name/style of that big chanel bag nicky carries a lot lately.(pictures at top of page0

I'm pretty sure the Hiltons just use him for publicity so everyone can hear about how wicked they are and all the fun they have. But I'm sure Perez has convinced himself that he's actually their friend.
