I hate the fit of that Kors dress, so sloppy. Honestly I'm not crazy about her hair or makeup either.

I totally agree! The dress on Leno is better but I really don't like the hair. And she has such gorgeous hair; why slick it back in this odd way?

I actually like the wet/slicked back hair on her in the pictures where she is wearing the nude colour outfit. I'm guessing the shoes she is wearing in the jacket and pants photos are Louboutins, since they are so high.
