I was hoping when this topic got bumped it was because there were new Tamsin pics.

Since my last post, I've watched the St. Trinian's movies.

I don't think she's a bad actress, but she keeps picking....popcorny...movies and TV. I love CG and the ST movies, but they are brain candy. The casts in all of them is FAR above the material, in deed, having a steller cast elevates the movies from forgettable trash to cotten candy fun. She needs to pick something dramatic or try out for a Masterpiece Theatre level show on the BBC to show she can do more than play flakey, fluffy characters.

Ugh. That's not a great dress to begin with, but the way has altered it makes look even worse.

Having browsed her fan sites, her red carpet fashion reminds me Blake Lively's: gaudy, girly, and too revealing. Tamsin is more beautiful and not a label whore (wears less known designers and to my knowledge has never scooped up 40 pairs of Loubs in one shopping trip), but she has the same talent Lively has for making clothes look tacky.

^ I sort of see the comparison but I think Blake is so much worse.

^Definitely.

The problem with the dress is that it's frumpy as hell and "sexing it up" doesn't help at all. I think she has a rather mediocre style, but I don't see the same predilection for showing off her boobs and legs all the time a la Blake Lively.

I have the pictures of the UK Instyle shoot...personally I think they are gorgeous...but then again I'm biased since I run a fansite on Tamsin

So here goes:
Photographer: Ralf Pülmanns
Stylist: Lisa Durant
Hair: Lyndell Manfield
make up: unknown
All scans are from www.tamsin-egerton.org (the site that I run)

I like that editorial. She looks like a futuristic ballerina. Very edgy!

And, with the exception of the first and last pics, I like her fashion at those events. She's never going to be make a style list, but she does look good.

I found this unpublished picture of the InStyle shoot. I actually think it's one of the best of the bunch, so I don't really understand why it didn't get picked
Maybe because the lighting is a bit weird? dunno!

Wild roses, I agree with you she does look like a futuristic ballerina! This is one of my favourite shoots of her, just because it's so different!

so here it is, source: www.tamsin-egerton.org - credit: Ralf Pülmanns

The King Of Soho - a major movie about Paul Raymond, the West End porn and property panjandrum - has found its queens.
Three actresses will portray the women in Raymond’s life. Tamsin Egerton will play Fiona Richmond, Raymond’s one-time mistress of the bedchamber, who went from vicar’s daughter to DD-cup debaucher, Anna Friel will play the wife he cheated on, and Imogen Poots will be the daughter ended up breaking his heart.
There’s sure to be beaucoup nudity in the film, which is now is now in pre-production. Producer Melissa Parmenter, from Revolution Films, told me the Film4 production will begin filming on locations in London in the next three weeks.

The King Of Soho is being directed by Michael Winterbottom and will star Steve Coogan as the titan of titillation who made his mark on British post-war social culture when he launched his exotic Revuebar in Soho, where scantily clad, buxom women engaged in the art of being ecdysiasts

Thanks for the pics! I love her Winter Ball look. Simple yet elegant.

Her new film sounds quite ambitious. Very indie too. I'm excited for it!
