I don't follow this girl but just saw these pics on justjared and had to come here to say...she looks amazing!!!
 the shoes are so cool....the dress is gorgeous....everything is so flattering and she doesn't look like just another teeny bopper in this outfit. kudos to the stylist for this one...or to vanessa if she chose it.
