You can clearly see at that link that she's being lit up by Johnny when she was pregnant with their daughter. I really couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that. And this is definitely one of those rolled cigarettes she and J smoke (with black cigarette paper).

I too find that she's been looking very gaunt these past years. She's tiny (1.60m/5'3) and chain smokes which is probably the reason why she's so skinny. I remember I under-ate when I was a chain smoker and I was under 104 pounds when now my normal weight is now 112 since I stopped. It does make a difference especially on a girl that small.
