Well, I have only seen La Fille Sur Le Pont and Noce Blanche, so I am not the best one to judge her acting, but I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't that great actress, most of her films sound awful. But you should never judge a book by its cover.

As for La Fille... I find it hard to determine her accomplishment. She has great moments such as the opening dialogue, but on the other hand I think I would have enjoeyd a little bit more depth instead of "lolitaness", which I think is her biggest problem. But as a film this is adorable.

As for Noce Blanche; the problem is that when I had the chance to see this, it was not subtitled. While I do understand French I am nowhere fluent in it, so I missed a lot of things. It did keep me interested though, and I was surprised of Paradis, since she was so young and had an image of an airhead bimbo teen star, and was nothing like that on the film. She suited for the film very well. I do not remember anything of her acting though, but I think as a film it was brave for her to do the part, even if it just brought her more attention as a lolita.

I am very biased whether I want her to be very recognized...I wish she would fully find her thing and forget about else. I do not wish her to act in 1-3 films a year or do an album per year. I like her the way she is...with the exception of the shadow of her husband.

She was absoultely stunning in her younger years...not that she isn't now, but my God she was so pretty!

I have seen La fille sur le pont and I really liked it . She's a fragile voice and not so much range, but I still wish I could sound like she does while singing .
When I was younger Joe le taxi was my favourite song and I keep listening it because it brings back memories from my childhood .
My favourite look of hers is the orange vintage dress she wore at the premiere of Finding Neverland in 2004 . Obviously Vanessa is also intrested in Zelda Fitzgerald ..

I think I prefer her black Azzedine Alaïa dresses she wore back in 1990. In general, I prefer her black outfits, which is funny since you'd think with her body shape black wouldn't do any good. I also like the black Chanel gown in Golden Globes in 2005 (or 2004, not sure if it was even GG).

She looks so "mommy" in those. I kinda like the outfit though. I get a sixties vibe from it and I love the clothes in that era... maybe I'm just deliusional though I haven't slept much this past week.

The kids are adorable. Lilly-rose is going to be a very pretty young woman.
