Cate Blanchett wore Yohji Yamamoto SS05 for the premiere of "The Aviator." This was one of the best collection of the season, but seeing the wealth of gorgeous gowns on its runway, I was disappointed to see this coat dress ended up being a chosen. Good tailoring though.

Cate Blanchett wore Alexander McQueen SS05 for another premiere of "The Aviator." Looking a lot like Claire Danes, no?

The women of "The Aviator": Kate Beckinsale in Oscar de la Renta; Cate Blanchett in YSL. Ms. Blanchett has done three SS05 looks now, which is the highest by my count. But this last one could very well earn her a place on the "worst dressed."

Don't think this is an exact replicate, but Catherine Zeta-Jones wore a pink figure-hugging Versace to the premiere of "Oceans 12."

Going back to the Emmys...

Jennifer Garner wearing Oscar de la Renta SS05. Did Oscar save the outstanding gowns from this collection for bigger events? This is plain bad.

Jamie-Lynn DiScala in Monique Lhuillier, so predictable.

Oscar de la Renta so far has had 3 looks on celebs already. This one's with Heather Locklear.

Liberty You're definitely right about that last piece Cate Blanchett wore (the YSL), but I appreciate her choices...she's daring, more so than other stars. She can go from a gorgeous Donna Karan gown to wearing Lanvin over jeans. I don't think CZJ, J. Lo. etc. could pull that off.

Louis Vuitton on Chloe Sevigny (not sure what event this is)...she decided to remove the belt, which was a good idea. The bag is a bit much though; it would have been nice if she went with something simplier.

My personal favourites, despite the negative commentary.

Emmy Rossum also wore that white and gold embroidered dress on the newest cover of Elle magazine. I thought she wore it the best and looked amazing.
