Thats Lady Victoria Hervey. Usually hate the clothes she wears.
I don't really like that dress on anyone...it looks too small on everyone who wears it.

like the vesace dress on that lady better than the model, the top part fits better. only if her legs were a little bit longer, it will be perfection.
