 style.com Jennifer Lopez wearing Michael Kors SS05 for the premiere of "Shall We Dance." This collection as a whole merely recycled Kors' country-club cliches but this dress is a showstopper and meant for a woman with curves. But I imagined that Catherine Zeta-Jones could prob. pull it off better than J Lo.

 Penelope Cruz wore Narciso Rodriguez SS05 and completely ruined it. Argh, the color is a bit daring, of course, but the structure is beautiful. Why couldn't Narciso save it for Rachel Weisz? J Lo. also donned the same dress in Jan. US Vogue.

it's odd. I find that the more 'daring' pieces seemed to work better on the celebs. Not sure if it's because their style or the pieces themself. ie. Burberry metallic dress and that Balenciaga number. Yet the more 'stable' pieces seemed to flop. Odd.
