She looks tired and worn out. Whitney used to have this fresh-faced and naturally beautiful vibe going for her and now everything she's done lately has been desperate and too try-hard, imo.

I think the dress needs a bit more length maybe and the belt that was mentioned before. Nice colour on her though. She is such a hit and miss though. I admire the girl for experimenting though.

I was watching Season One of The City, and I was wondering if she was told what to wear on the show back when- I mean, NY isn't LA, but there is no resemblance to her former (more polished) look- she seems more and more like the high school kids at the mall...Strange...

Yeah, I think she did get told what to wear (that and how her hair was styled as well) it never really matched up to her off camera outfits
