Great pics people. She's in so many of my favourite movies... Mermaids, Little Women, Beetlejuice, Reality Bites, Age of Innocence (hated her character though), Edward Scissorhands and How to make an American Quilt. The more recent movies haven't been very spectacular. Her eyes are very much like Audrey Hepburn's and Natalie Portman's no?
Yeah, odd, there hasn't been a thread created for her. I always enjoyed her sense of nonchalance when where HC things.....like that cob-web Chanel dress she wore to an Awards show once. And the way she carries vintage, without looking stuffy,is something to admire.
And I love the fact that she's one of the very few actresses in Hollywood that doesn't rely on stylists....the girl has never even been to a fashion show but once,I think,I read.
I remember she was at the opening of the LA Marc Jacobs store ...
I too love Winona's vintage style, she really was one of the first to do vintage. She has a beautiful face -- it is just perfect. I remember her and Johnny Depp, can you imagine having Johnny as your first love, first everything? *sigh* I think it is a shame that the shoplifting incident tarnished her reputation and I hope she makes a huge comeback....but she did look fabulous each and every day that she had to appear in court.

I just saw the trailer for A Scanner Darkly. The film's visuals are a little experimental, sort of like in Sin City. The actors are enhanced with a lot of digital animation. But it was so great to see Winona Ryder! Hopefully she'll do publicity for the movie when it comes out, and we'll get to see more of her. She is beautiful and talented and enigmatic. Unlike all these overexposed celebrities, there is always going to be an air of mystery around her.
