Oops, sorry for a late reply! For me, it was only okay. Cinematography was beautiful, Michelle Williams was soo gorgeous and did a great job. Plot was lacking something, I don't know, I guess if they stayed true to the book that the film was based on, then it's okay. I kind of got bored in the middle. I just probably expected something more.

I just got done watching Temple Grandin and what a tour de force it is! Claire Danes' portrayal of Temple was amazing, she literally moved me to tears several times just from her acting alone. And Temple's story is so awe inspiring and eye-opening. Honestly, it's one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

F*king sad.. the scene where the children working in the cacao fields (under deplorable conditions) try a bit of chocolate for the first time in their lives is heartbreaking.. and the prick that says they don't want to go to school is *sighs*.. *exiting this world*. Highly recommended guys..

082. Protektor (2009 -foreign/czech) - beautiful movie.. Beautiful, yet tragic

084. Rachel Getting Married (2009)
085. Black Swan (2010)
086. Remember Me (2010) - Robert's acting here is much better here, not great but good.. It was a decent script, solid story but I felt the ending was lazy, if you know what I mean.. Like they couldn't figure out how to end it so they just picked a random plot twist

I'm glad to see that other people are slowing down, I've only watched 3 movies in the past two weeks.

^^About Remember Me: I read the original script and the ending made more sense as a plot twist. His brother died at the Twin Towers attack so you immediately think 9-11 but as the end approaches you realize he died at the ´93 bombing. I don´t why they´ve changed the death to suicide...

^really, I think that'd make sense. I liked the movie but the original script sounds better.

What I've seen in the last few weeks:

120. Confessions of a Superhero (2007)
121. W.E. (2011)
122. Being John Malkovich (1999)
123. Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006)
124. Hard-Boiled (1992)

Confessions of a Superhero had to have been one of the most pathetic documentaries I have ever seen. It's about the people who dress up as characters in Los Angeles and pose for pictures with tourists. If you want to feel better about your life I strongly recommend it.

W.E was just terrible, but Hard-Boiled and Being John Malkovich were great.

Also, I just discovered this new website to keep track of the movies you've seen called Letterboxd. It's less competitive and more fun looking than iCheckMovies. There's a "diary" feature where you keep track of what you've seen each day and rate it/review it.
