I feel like Sheldon has gotten nicer and wackier these past few seasons and he's just become a bit of a joke for me (and not in the good way). He just doesn't tickle my funny bone as much as he used to. I miss the condescending Sheldon.

Also, regarding his relationship with Amy - really? It was completely unbelievable for his character to gain a girlfriend.

^^the thing with Sheldon is that imo you have to move his story forward. You can´t have 6 season of him being exactly the same, that´s just not believable. His relationship with Amy is not exactly "normal", so in a way it suits him and makes it possible in his reality.
