Apparently the producers want to do one more season but Alexis isn't willing to do it. They then asked Lauren if she would do a season without Alexis and she said no, without Rory there is no Gilmore Girls. So basically the entire future of the show lies in Alexis' tiny hands!

I really do hope they continue the show. They've been saying that it's their last season for the past two, so hopefully, someone can talk Alexis in to staying for just one more season! I watch this show with my mom every week. I drive home from college just to do so, so I really hope they keep it! And would Lorelai just get back with Luke already! They need to get married. I think once they do, the show can end.

oh my god. Gilmore Girls is my favorite show... It is the best!! They cast have an amazing chemistry and are a fantastic emsemble! Alexis and Lauren are amazing actresses!
