Vanessa is just like Theresa on the OC. The childhood sweetheart of a main character "the outsider", really beautiful and you feel kinda bad because you don't like her althought she hasn't done anything to piss you off, actually she's been really friendly and sweet, but then again she really doesn't bring anything to the show and you just want to see her gone asap because it's starting to bother you.

Blah, I just hope no one gets pregnant.

I would have died too if it wasn't brought back for a second season. I'm not sure what the ratings are like but being on the CW they probably aren't the best but I think that people who do watch are religious about it, I know I am.

Well, the final episode is called "The Thin Line Between Chuck and Nate"...and Serena was spotted filming a scene where she buys a pregnancy test...so it could be for Blair.

I hope she's not pregnant too.
It would go completely against the books.

If I'm not mistaken though, it was the very first new show to be picked up for a full season (22 episodes), not the 2nd season. This was prior to the strike of course...

But with it being being the top downloaded series on iTunes and all the hoopla around it, hopefully we'll get a 2nd season

I think even if you have read the books the show "completes" the vision the reader has for things. I mean, it did for me. It was interesting to see what was on screen vs. what I had pictured in my head.
