^Haha yeah. I think MPAA needs to sort out it's priorities when it comes to the rating system. The last few Harry Potter films were all rated PG-13 and they had some pretty scary scenes so I think the Hunger Games could probably get away with having some scary scenes as well. Although, granted Harry Potter didn't really much blood or brutality. So we shall see...

The one thing I hope is that I don't see is really young children at the theaters for THG, I'm talking about children 12 or under, I've seen so many children at movies aimed at "young adults" and it's awful. I mean, why would you bring your child to a film which is about children killing one another. How do you even explain that??? But I can pretty much guarantee that their will be at least one family that has little children with them. It happens pretty much every time.

^ i've read somewhere it would last 113 minutes. It's fine if it is going to be longer because there are so many details in that book that need to be included.

I've also read somewhere that there will not be Madge due to time restriction.

Still very excited for the movie! also excited about the soundtrack! love the fact that Birdy will be on it.

Only thing i dislike about the movie so far, and the only disappointment is Gale. Sorry i just can't seem to agree with Liam Hemsworth as Gale. Just imagined him so totally different than Liam. But yeah, maybe he'll be able to make it right somehow.

Donald Sutherland, as President Snow, looks perfect. He looks like how I imagined Snow would look like... older, grand and imposing. And I'm sure that Sutherland has played the character perfectly because he's such a good actor. Sutherland was on the show Commander in Chief and he played a character sort of similar to President Snow, very controlling and influential, and boy was his character scary! I definitely think they did the right thing casting a bunch of well respected actors (Donald Sutherland, Stanley Tucci, Woody Harrelson, etc.) to balance out the newer actors.

I really wish they would make the film 18 and over because it has so much violence, really. The whole books is about the fight to the death. But unfortunately because of it's young audience the movie won't be really violent, but probably focus lots on Peeta-Katniss-Gale.... I'm still going to see it on the first day it's out!

^^ I think Malcolm McDowell would have been a better choice as President Snow. He is scary only by the look of him, instead, Donald looks like a good guy to me, just like some extravagant grandpa.

I truly have faith in the special effects for this film. Something tells me the dress will blow us away.
