^ I like Jo Nesbo, so I'll have to check that one out!

The Bourne Legacy (2012) - not as good as the others.
Looper (2012) - surprisingly very good.
__________________ ROBBER - Get down on the ground. Face down. C'mon. CHER - Oh, no. You don't understand, this is an Alaïa. ROBBER - An a-what-a? CHER - It's like a totally important designer.
The Collector (1965) - The acting in this film is absolutely riveting in my opinion: both by Terence Stamp and Samantha Eggar. They have to carry the entire film, essentially, so it's important that we are moved by their performances. It's an incredible psychological study of the contrast between control and victimhood and all its vicissitudes. It's also dark for its time. On the other hand, I found the book to be WAY more disturbing than the film because of the way it plays with point of view and disorients the reader. You feel a bit of that disorientation with the film, but not nearly as much. Anyhow, this is an old classic that's definitely worth watching imo.

The Imposter - loved it! The story in this documentary is so crazy you can hardly believe it actually happened. As we find out in the first few minutes of the film: a guy living in a Spanish children's home claims to be the missing son of a Texan family. And incredibly, the family believes him.
Sleeper (1973) - So absurd! And so ahead of its time: cloning, cryogenic freezing, androids, homogenization, but all dealt with in slapstick form. Not to mention the fabulous fabulous set and production design. Good fun!!
