Skyfall is the last one for me, it was good but not as good as the papers are saying.
I'm now watching the dark knight rises, some actors aren't acting that well, but overall it is enjoyable.

Skyfall (2012) and it was awesome. Best one with Daniel Craig. Had the old school feel of the classic Bonds but still current. I wouldn't call it a Borne rip off like the other two.

Dark Shadows - I really liked it, the movie has a creative story like all Tim Burton's movies, but I was a bit disappointed about some randon moments and scenes.

To Rome with Love - good but not great Woody. It's not as strong as Match Point or Midnight in Paris, and while it's close to Vicky Christina Barcelona, it falls short. I found that the way the stories wrapped up was a bit trite. I liked that he interspersed stories that were in full Italian, with Italian actors/actresses, as I think it lent a real authenticity to the film that might've otherwise been lacking. I also loved the visuals, the architecture is stunning and the Opera ideal for the film. But some parts were cliche, like the love triangle story with Ellen Page. Woody himself was quite funny in it, and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the scenes with him and the always wonderful Judy Davis. Worth watching for some light fun, with some interesting commentary on the meaninglessness of fame and the fleeting nature of desire - and for the sheer beauty of Roma!!

The Silver Linings Playbook

It was alright, I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. Bradley Cooper still isn't convincing to me as an actor.

Re-watched Muriel's Wedding with my mom today, Toni Colette was fantastic in this film. Though, I have to admit that one part of me is a bit sad that Muriel didn't stay with David even though it was important to her growth as a person to leave. It might be the handsome looks and the south african accent getting in the way...
