The trio looks... cleaner than usual.

Evanna is so cool and scraggly looking. She could have been a model in the Kate Moss heroine chic era.

Of the group, Katie Leung has the best fashion sense; but I too love Evanna's look. She's got that ethereal fairy look going.

^^ Yeah, I can post her review here actually...

I'll post it in white. Review of the movie by shesaysplease on livejournal:
Dudley Demented
The movie starts out with Harry walking toward the park on Privet drive, then shows him sitting on the swingset. Instead of it getting dark and him just following Dudley home, Dudley (who look hysterical btw, esp Dud with his gold chain), with his gang behind him, begins antagonizing Harry about not having parents. Harry then rushes towards Dudley, pointing his wand at him. The skies then grows dark and Harry can sense the Dementors coming. The gang runs off, and Dud and Harry begin running towards a sort of underground walkway. That is where the dementor attack happens, first against Harry then Dudley. After Harry gets rid of the Dementors with his patronus, Ms. Figg comes up and walks them home and tells Harry that no matter what happens, not to leave the house (of course, no mention of Mundungus).

A Peck of Owls
Once they are in the house, the letter from the ministry comes. But instead of Harry opening it and reading it, it's talks to him with purple lips, sort of like a Howler without the loud screaming. Harry then goes up to his room as the Dursley's get in the car to take Dudley to the hospital. No letter from Mr. Weasley or Sirius, no talk of what Dementors are with the Dursleys and no Howler for Petunia.

The Advance Guard
Harry is sleeping, and as he awakens from a nightmare about Cedric he hears the rustling downstairs, then sees his door swing open (this is where you hear Tonks muttering about clean muggles). They tell Harry they are leaving, and go outside to their broomsticks and fly to Grimmauld Place.

Number Twelve, Grimmauld Place
Instead of Harry having to memorize the address on paper, Moody just taps his walking stick on the ground and the houses move apart to reveal Grimmauld Place (very well done, fyi). They walk in to find a meeting already taking place. Mrs. Weasley directs Harry to his room. We get the first look at Kreacher as he is going up the stairs. He is getting a cloth, muttering about how his Mistress would not like the filth allowed in the house, then goes to shine her frame. You can hear her muttering behind the curtain, but she is never seen. Once he is into the room, of course Hermione jumps on him. There is no big argument between the trio, just a discussion about how Dumbledore told Ron and Hermione not to mention anything in letters. The twins of course apparate, which scared me it was so quick lol, and tells them about the meeting and extendable ears. They all go to the staircase to listen. This is where they go into conversation about how Harry is not James, and Mrs. Weasley and Sirius have a bit of a row and tells Molly Harry isn't her son and her reply of "He's as good as." While listening though, Crookshanks comes up and rips the end of the ear off and walks off. It's pretty funny actually.

The Order of the Phoenix
After the extendable ears fiasco with Crookshanks, everyone goes down to eat. They show a quick shot of Tonks changing her nose from a pig to a duck. They quickly go into telling Harry about the prophet and what has been going on with Voldemort and the death eaters. No one is forced to leave, there is even no talk of it. Once they reach the bit about the weapon though, it ends with "something he didn't have last time." Then everyone goes up to bed.

The Nobile and Most Ancient House of Black
They show a quick shot of Ron snoring, and Harry having another bit of a nightmare. And if memory serves me correctly, Harry finding the room with the Black Family Tree is not mentioned yet, that's later in the movie.

The Ministry of Magic
They quickly cut to a shot of Mr. Weasley and Harry going through the gate to get into the underground train. Then cuts to them getting into the phonebooth (no dialing of MAGIC though). The Ministry of Magic looks amazing, I can't even tell you. I'm sure you've seen it in the trailers! Once they get in the elevator, Kingsley whispers in Arthurs ear about the change in time for Harry's trial. They go to the Department of Mysteries and Harry goes into the courtroom.

The Hearing
They go into the trial quickly, but only a few seconds in Dumbledore comes in to Harry's defense. They go about the trail, of course them accusing Harry of making up the story about the Dementors to cover up him using the patronus charm. Ms Figg comes in as a witness, which is quite short, just mentions the Dementors being cloaked and making everything cold. In general, it stays pretty close to the book, so there isn't much for me to elaborate about. Harry is free to go.

The Woes of Weasley
There is no mention of what happened between the Weasley's and Percy, none. There is also no scene of them getting the school books and getting Prefect badges, in fact Prefects are not mentioned in the movie at all.

Luna Lovegood
They show the troup arriving at Platform 9 3/4, Harry of course being accompanied by a dog. They then go into some sort of private room, where Sirius turns back into man and sits to talk with Harry. It is here that he shows Harry the picture of the original Order, and tells him to keep it. There are no two-way mirrors mentioned in the movie. The scenes you see in the trailers of Harry seeing Voldemort in a suit waiting at Platform 9 3/4 would have happened in this chapter, it's all a dream and you wake up seeing him on the train with Ron and Hermione. Luna is not in the car with them. They quickly arrive at Hogwarts and wait for a carriage along with Neville (who has his trustly plant). They carriage pulls up, and Harry mentions seeing the thestrals. This is where Luna comes in, hearing her say "I can see them too." She is of course, with her upside down Quibbler. Hermione introduces her as Loony (which made everyone crack up) and they take the carriage towards Hogwarts.

Very spoiler-ish, so if you don't like--don't read.

Continued: VERY SPOILERISH!

The Sorting Hat's New Song
No sorting shown in the movie. Dumbledore of course gives his speech, which Umbridge interupts to give her annoying speech. They go up to the Dormitory, and the fight between Harry and Seamus happens in the common room. Harry rushes to his room followed by Ron, who seems reluctant to say anything and ends up leaving the room.

Professor Umbridge
They go to Umbridge's first class, and it follows pretty closely with the books honestly. So there isn't much for me to elaborate when it comes to that aspect. There is however, no scenes of them in Potions or Divination like in this chapter in the book. When Harry gets detention, he is not sent to McGonagall's office.

Detention with Dolores
No knitted hats, no Care of Magical Creatures. Once he gets to detention, it stays close to the book. Once back in the common room, Hermione sees Harry's scarred hand and makes the same comments from the book about how he should tell Dumbledore.

Percy and Padfoot
Harry writes to Sirius, as you hear Harry's voice reading what he wrote, you see him walking towards Hagrid's hut and seeing a Thestral fly in the air out of the dark forest. (No Harry & Cho in the owlery.) If memory serves me correctly, Harry then walks into the dark forest to find Luna watching the other thestrals. This is where she explains why certain people are able to see them and who she saw die. Once he is back in the common room and everyone is gone, Sirius appears in the fire. This stays pretty true to the book. This is, however, the only time Sirius uses the floo network to communicate with Harry.

The Hogwarts High Inquistor
They show a scene of McGonagall telling Umbridge she should consult with her before giving punishment to students of her own house. McGonagall eventually backs down, and after the argument is when the High Inquisitor decree is made. The movie then shows several different scenes of Umbridge observing classes and asking questions to Trelawney and Snape (those are the only 2 classes they show her in). I believe it's after this that Hermione goes into a speech about how they need someone to teach them Defense against the Dark Arts, but it doesn't go into much detail about the whole conversation with Harry needing to be their teacher, etc..

In the Hog's Head
It cuts to a shot of Hogsmeade and the trio walking towards the Hogs Head. Once they are inside, they show the meeting beginning and the talk of what will happen in the class and what all Harry has done since coming to Hogwarts. Everyone signs up and they leave it with them mentioning having to find somewhere to hold the meetings.

Educational Decree Number Twenty-Four
While they are walking in Umbridge overhears them mentioning find somewhere to practice. This is when Decree 24 is made. Everytime they show a new decree, they show Filch hanging it up on a wall, which becomes full very quickly. As I mentioned before, there is no more interaction between Sirius and Harry from Hogwarts.

Dumbledore's Army
Since Dobby of course it not in this movie, they had to find another way to introduce the Room of Requirement. They show Neville being bullied, and he walks into a corridor, and after he walks past the door appears. The next shot is the trio and Neville in the room with Hermione explaining what the room is. The next few shots are scenes of them practicing, and Filch waiting outside the room trying to catch the kids coming out (which he never does).

The Lion and the Serpent
As far as I can remember, really nothing is shown in this chapter. I seem to be drawing a blank as to when they show Hagrid returning, for some reason I want to believe it was after they returned from Winterbreak, but I'm having a bit of a brain malfunction. (After starting The Eye of the Snake, I am almost 99% sure they do the scene with Hagrid's return after the Christmas break, but I'll leave it here instead. See, this is where I said it would get tricky.)

Hagrid's Tale
They go to Hagrid's hut, and of course overhear Umbridge talking to him, asking where he's been. Once she leaves, they go in and Hagrid, with no second thoughts, tells them where he's been. It does not, however, go into as much detail as it does in the book.

The Eye of the Snake
They show the last meeting. Once everyone leaves, Harry goes to Cho who mentions Cedric and how if he'd known all of it if he'd been able to protect himself against Voldemort. Mistletoe then appears above them, and the kiss happens. (Of course everyone wooed in the theater, it was a nice kiss lol). It then cuts to the trio in the commonroom discussing the kiss. There is a cute scene of Hermione laughing after she comments that Ron has the emotional range of a teaspoon. Then they cut to Harry sleeping and having the vision of Mr. Weasley being attacked by the snake.

St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries
Ron and McGonagall escort Harry to Dumbledore's office where the rest of the Weasley kids are waiting, and they leave. Snape, however, shows up and takes Harry down to his office to begin Occlumency right away. They show a bit of the Occlumency lesson but not TOO much.

Christmas on the Closed Ward
Once Harry is done with the first Occlumency lesson, he returns to Grimmauld Place for Christmas, where Arthur has also returned. This is when the scene of Harry discovering the Black Family tree takes place. They don't show much, other than Sirius being burned off of it. They do mention Bellatrix though.

The Beetle at Bay
They show a scene of Bellatrix getting out of Azkaban, then the Prophet reporting the death eaters escaping. Once they have returned to Hogwarts, this is when the Hagrid scenes come into play. No Hogsmeade and no Rita Skeeter (Which also means no Quibbler Harry Potter Interview).

Seen and Unforeseen
It cuts to a scene of Students gathering around watching Umbridge 'fire' Trelawney. This stays pretty close to the book, honestly. There is no mention though of Firenze taking here place.

The Centaur and the Sneak
Since there is no mention of Divination after Trelawney is fired, there are no scenes of Firenze teaching Divination. It goes to one of the D.A. meetings, I believe where they are doing Patronus's. There is a heavy bang, and after a few more, they notice there is a hole in the wall, and on the other side is Umbridge with her Inquisitive Squad. She blasts the rest of the wall, and pulls Cho over, revealing she is actually the one who squealed. They take Harry and Cho to Dumbledore's office, where Dumbledore, of course, has his fantastic escape. A bit later in the movie, all members of the order are shown doing Detention with Umbridge with that awful quill of hers.

Snape's Worst Memory
Umbridge is of course named Headmistress, and it shows scenes of Filch removing all paintings from Hogwarts. Now, about Snape's Worst memory. It's not how it's done in the book. They are in Occlumency, and this is where Snape calls Harry weak. After this little yelling session, Harry shields the spell Snape was using to read his mind, and in turn goes into Snape's. This is where they show very short clips of Young Snape, Young James hanging Snape upside down and Sirius complimenting him. I didn't catch a glimpse of Lily. That is as much as is in there, I was hoping for more! Snape then tells him the Occlumency Lessons are over.

Career Advice
There is no scenes about career advice, at all. There is also no diversion made by the Twins so Harry can use Umbridge's fire to communicate with Sirius about what he has seen in Snape's head.

Grawp
It goes to a scene of the trio and Hagrid walking into the Dark Forest. You do see the Centaurs, but all they show is them running somewhere. Once they reach Grawp, Hagrid explains who he is. The scene is actually really cute, I won't spoil it though. I really enjoyed it heh.

O.W.L.S.
They only show one OWL being taken, and I am so exhausted I can't even remember what it is. But, because of this, obviously they do not show Hagrid or McGonagall being attacked. It is during this one OWL however, where Fred and George cause the ultimate commotion. This is when they let the fireworks loose. It was done VERY well, especially the dragon. Everyone cheered when they flew off with a big W firework left in the sky. As everyone is cheering outside, Harry begins to see Voldemort torturing Sirius to get the prophecy, he falls to the ground and Hermione comes over to see what is wrong.

Out of the Fire
He explains to Ron and Hermione what he saw, and they begin heading upstairs. They beg Harry jsut to check to make sure Sirius is actually still in the house and it's not just Voldemort playing a trick on him. SO they head up to Umbridge's office (it's mentioned in passing that Umbridge has the only fireplace not monitored by the floo network, since it's not mentioned earlier in the movie). But as he's about to contact Grimmauld Place, Umbridge and the squad walk in with Ginny, Luna and Neville (Ron and Hermione are already in the office with Harry). It is here, that we find out WHY they made Cho the person who takes the blame for squealing about the D.A. When Umbridge asks Snape for veritaserum, he tells Umbridge she used it all questioning students, like when she questioned Cho with it to find out about the D.A. Then Umbridge threatens to use Crucio when Hermione screams "Tell her Harry!" and the whole plan regarding the Centaurs begins. Once in the forest, the Centaurs come up, and Umbridge, feeling threatened, attacks one of them. Grawp does show up and picks up Umbridge, but he puts her down after the Centaurs shoot arrows at him and the Centaurs ride off carrying Umbridge, leaving the kids and Grawp alone. They being to head back to the castle, where they run into Neville, Luna, Ron and Ginny. It cuts to a scene of them riding the Thestrals to London.

The Department of Mysteries
They do now show them entering the Ministry, only running once they're in it towards the Department of Mysteries. To my disappointment, it does not show what all they must go through to reach it, they simply arrive in the room with the prophecy's immediately, where they look for Sirius. Neville sees the prophecy with Harry's name, and Harry comes and picks it up. We then hear the entire prophecy.

Beyond the Veil
Soon, Lucius appears, demanding to be given the prophecy. Bellatrix shows up behind him, and other deatheaters around the rest of the group. They end up fighting, and escaping to the room with the Veil. (The fight scene I think was done really well. Great effects and it will be amazing in 3D.) Once the kids are in the room with the veil (all unharms) the death eaters enter and take each kid hostage, except Harry, who is left in front of the Veil with Lucious. Lucius then tells Harry to hand the prophecy over or watch all his friends die one by one. He hands it to him, but you see a flash of white light, and Sirius appears and punches the daylights out of Lucius. He falls to the ground, breaking the prophecy. The rest of the Order arrives and begins fighting. During the fighting, Bellatrix throws a Avada Kadava curse, hitting Sirius. But what I thought was odd, is he doesn't fall back, he simply turns around, and the veil envelopes him, and pulls him back, he doesn't fall into it. Music starts playing, and you see Harry screaming being held back by Lupin so he does not follow Sirius into the veil.

Very-spoilerish, so if you don't like--don't read.

Continued, last bit:
The Only One he Ever Feared
After Bellatrix kills Sirius, she darts out of the room. Harry chases her all the way to the atrium of the ministry. He performs the Crucio curse, but only forces her to fall on the ground. Voldemort then appears behind him and not soon after Dumbledore arrives via the Floo. The fight between Voldemort and Dumbledore begins, and it's done incredibly well. Another scene that is going to be amazing in 3D. Of course, we then get to the point where Voldemort tries to possess Harry, and it looks so realistic. The way Harry eyes fluctuate between Voldemort's and his own. The Order and the other kids rush in just as Voldemort leaves Harry's body and the Ministry workers begin arriving, Fudge being first. If memory serves correctly, it ends with Fudge stating "he has returned" or something to that affect.

The Lost Prophecy
It then cuts back to Hogwarts, Harry is in his dorm packing his things to leave. It cuts to him talking to Dumbledore, I assume as a flashback type thing. Where they mention the prophecy a bit more (since Harry has already heard it, he is just making sure he understood correctly.) There is no mention of Trelawney actually being the one to make the prophecy or that it was possible that it could have also been about Neville at the time the prophecy was made. He didn't explain why he chose Harry's parents to attack. Dumbledore did explain why he remained distant though.

The Second War Begins
There is a scene at the end of Harry walking down a corridor while Luna is hanging up her list of lost items, and asks if he can help finding them, it's pretty much like the book, except the part about why she can see the thestrals, since it was mentioned earlier. Then the 6 are walking towards the Hogwarts Express (I'm sure you know which 6 I'm refering to by now..) and it ends with Harry making a comment about "we have something to fight for." Honestly, I can't remember the exact conversation.

Very spoiler-ish. Don't like, don't read.
