Last night's episode was alright, not nearly as good as the first one, mainly I wished they had focused more on what happened to Snow and Emma. But I can totally see why they were only shown in the last few moments, the suspense was worth it. It was nice to see David/Charming trying to sort things out and take on a leadership role. The speech at the end was lovely. And it definitely looks like Snow and Emma aren't in the Enchanted Forest if Cora was sent someplace which Rumple considers "annoying."
The age thing is pretty trippy- but since they have/had magic I suppose that's why it doesn't bother me. Because whenever magic is involved in a storyline I try not to apply logic to it (even if I do get confused at times). I wonder if Bae either got sent to the same world as Cora or if he got sent to the "real" world. Also, I've read some interesting theories about who exactly is Doctor Whale. And I have to say my favorite is the idea that he's Peter Pan. If you notice he alway's stands with his hands on his hips (like Peter Pan), has a bit of a god complex, he ask's David if it would be wrong to date the fairy's/nun's (which sound's a bit like something Peter would do), and tell's David "you are not my prince." Plus, there is going to be a Captain Hooke storyline, so what would happen if Peter had to grow up? Maybe it's a long shot, but even if it's wrong, I like guessing the storyline's. It's half the fun of watching.

I've herd that theory too. It's a pretty good theory as well, but I do agree, Frankenstein doesn't really seem to fit in that sort of world, though they do seem to have several literary character's from the 18th/19th century, like with Alice in Wonderland...so who knows? But the one thing is, if he was Frankenstein, it would have been a nice tip of the hat to have his name something to do with Mary Shelley instead. Though that might have made it more obvious. Other people seem to think that it relates to Herman Melville's Moby Dick, but I personally doubt that. Or that he could be a character from the sea, like King Triton. But who know's...Dr. Whale might not end up being any of those guesses either...
