Such a boring episode! Sookie is such a pushover on the show, it gets annoying...
Too little Eric, and no Pam!? she´s been in what, 3 episodes? I hope that will change next season and she and Sookie would get a chance to bond.
My guess on Bill´s kidnapper and hopes for new plotlines: I think it was Lorena. This would make Sookie go to Eric for help and then she´ll find out about Bill´s secret, this way they won´t get married and Eric´s storyline from the book would get a chance to happen. Sam quest to find his birth parents would lead to the introduction of supes and weres and hopefully to Jason getting bit. I hope to see Claudine and Claude as Sookie finds out more about her power... if the Kind is going to have a storyline, we´ll probably see Barry Bellboy...

bill's secret is that the queen sent him to bon temps to "get in contact" with sookie...find out more about her and see if she could be of help (which she is later on) so he didn't just fall in love with sookie but it was on the queens orders

i also think it was lorena and i think the next season will be better, hope so at least

and no...jason has no superpowers in the books. i think it's just the good looks and his way with women that's from the fairies...they're supposedly very attractive and have this charisma that everybody "wants" them. that's also why claude is a male stripper (hope they involve claude and claudine in the next season)

I'm an Eric fan but not an Eric/Sookie fan. Its the reason why I never finished the book series

So does the real reason Bill hooked up with Sookie initially come out in book three? Is there a chance it will be revealed after his kidnapping or while he is missing?

I'm curious if the queen tells Sookie herself, she seemed pissy when her name was brought up with Eric...mad that Bill fell in love and probably aware that Sookie's blood is intoxicating in some way.

^Bill just proposed but I don´t think they´ll get married so Sookie has to find out about him eventually, maybe after she saves Bill like in the books? it will be more dramatic if the Queen tells her herself while he´s kidnapped and Sookie goes and saves him anyway...

it's almost as if this season finale should have been episode 1 for season 3. Even the cliffhanger just seemed like a normal end of episode one.
I like the twist on what Sookie is, I should read these books
