DAMN i hate the pointing haha and i dont like alessandra opening her arms! anyway I love MARYNA and her walk and the moment when she leaves the runway and send a nice kiss omg i diee

well people may not like it but VS does, and she knows how to get a crowd pumping otherwise they wouldn't have had her open 2 years in a row and close the same segment. Also they're were plenty of the high fashion girls in the same segment waving their arms and pointing as well....

Ale's very guilty of pointing and doing all the arm movement stuff probably because, as she has admitted herself, she likes attention. I think the other models have just copied her because VS likes it. I don't think Adri is all that bad though. She was better this year. All she really did was interact with Usher, which she was probably told to do since she's the main girl.

Well I think Adriana got it from Tyra, she's always said she loved how Tyra pumped up the audience and got the audience excited, and she always wanted to do that...so that's most likely where she learned it...

They should stop waving and blow kisses, it gets annoying. You don't see that at other fashion shows, otherwise they should call it victoria's secret smile and wave show

Well, no one is denying that she is great at getting the crowd going. I just would think there would be other ways to get them going instead of pointing.

But this isn't a regular show...I'm sorry and it's not meant to be...you don't see other fashion shows where girls smile, or blow kisses, or have huge musical guests or 4 or 5 household name models...it's not suppose to be high fashion and even when Alex B directed the shows he told the girls to always smile and blow kisses and have fun and when they did you could always hear him saying "Smile Alot, alot, alot, alot" and so it's meant to be fun for these girls and entertaining to the public...girls walking up and down hands on their hips and no expression is no fun for the general public or the models...

I don't mind all the arm movements, it's fun, and a nice change from the usual strut and stare, imo.

I don't mind having one or two models in the whole show who blow a kiss and wave etc.
But it's JUST TOO MUCH and I think that's what most ppl here want to express...

totally agree, if you want no movement, no smiles and etc go here www.ftv.com, they have some regular shows that you can watch. The models are doing what they are told to do, and like I said if VS hated the hand pointing and etc they wouldn't have loved tyra, and they wouldn't have loved Adriana for doing it to a point where she would open twice and they certinatly didn't tell the other models to stop doing it either...even the high fashion girls who were pumping their arms and doing the same movements...

Also imo if you watch the whole first segment...Adriana seems to be the one doing the least amount of movements...she does her pointing and continues to do what she's doing...as for some of the other girls who get way to carried away....

ooh yes but some models lok fake doing it, like they are not used to, ( i mean on last years show not this) so i think that this year was nice, Adriana was PERFECT just i dont like the pointing but its fine for me! hahaha im still loving her
