there so many films coming out that sound great! i wonder which ones will work...

i am especially excited by The Brothers Grimm ( terry gilliam is one of my favourite directors) and the Science of sleep (does anybody know if charlie kaufman wrote the screenplay? i think he wrote both eternal sunshine and human nature)

another film i really curiuos about is The Proposition. i cant remember the director's name, but it is written by Nick Cave (of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, who did the music for, and appeared in, Wings of Desire), and stars Guy Pierce and Emily Watson

Holy crap, I've been waiting for this film for so long that I already forgot that I'm still waiting for it . Thanks for reminding me. Have you read the book? It's excellent.

i liked eternal sunshine more. i thought human nature was thought provoking, but i thought it was more concerned with conveying an idea than engaging the audience through the story. i would have preferred to read an essay written by kaufman (i think he wrote the script) that dealt with the themes to watching the film adapted from his screenplay. i loved eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.

i think kaufman wrote human nature and eternal sunshine (as well as spike jones' adaptaion and being john malkovich) so i wonder if he wrote the screenplay for the new film.

i would look forward to anything he writes

I saw a trailer for a new film by Jodie Foster
about her losing her daughter on a plane - the reviewer said it was brilliant but its not out in the UK until the end of summer - have any of you seen it?
