I have decided to re-read The Great Gatsby as it's been yearS since I read it, and I was sort of inspired to re-read it after seeing F. Scott and Zelda in Woody's Midnight in Paris. Plus it should take only a day to read as it's so slim.

13 reasons why by Jay Asher
Quote:
Clay Jensen returns home from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers thirteen cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker, his classmate and crush who committed suicide two weeks earlier. On tape, Hannah explains that there are thirteen reasons why she decided to end her life. Clay is one of them. If he listens, he'll find out how he made the list.
Through Hannah and Clay's dual narratives, debut author Jay Asher weaves an intricate and heartrending story of confusion and desperation that will deeply affect teen readers.

Still stuck on Haruki Murakami's 'Norwegian Woods'. A bit of a slow reader, but what a read so far.

Currently reading "Atonement" by Ian McEwan.
it's simply beautiful, charming and deep. It's wonderfully written:
I like the softness in the first part of the book and then later even
the descriptions of brutal reality during the WW2. it's such an amazing book.
I'm a little bit more than half-way through and I just know already that I'll be re-reading it someday later

for those of you who are reading "Norwegian Wood" by Murakami, I say -
stick with it. Even if it may seem to you like it's slow at times, it's still
a very great book. the ending will probably blow you away! that's all
