I noticed a lot of us are reading sort of Gothic/Horror novels at the moment, so I thought I'd share this list of the "50 Scariest Books" in keeping with our current choices, and considering Halloween is around the corner.

Not surprisingly I've read almost all of them! But there were a few new ones!

^Thanks! I'm too chicken to read most of those though. Dracula is about as scary as it can get for me.

Now reading:

Because They Wanted To: Stories by Mary Gaitskill

and

Judging a Book by its Lover by Lauren Leto

I am currently trying to read Days of Starlight & Blood by Laini Taylor, but I'm having a bit of trouble getting into it. Daughter of Smoke & Bone wasn't bad, but I guess it's just not my cup of tea.

Almost finished with The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman. Such a lovely, quick read!

And a Feast for Crows by George R.R Martin
