That 90's wardrobe of hers was a small obsession of mine in its day and age.

out of those, i'd have to say how to lose a guy or sweet alabama.. although, i found that i liked her transition into the southern style more in that movie.

but as for just movie characters, i really liked almost famous, clueless, breakfast @ tiffany's, and a recent one the notebook

(also, in clueless.. she threw around designer labels but wasn't actually wearing them! )

Katherine Heburn in Desk Set. It is an old movie that so few people under 50 have seen, but it is actually quite a good movie. It is the precurser to all of the Sex and the City generation books, shows , and films. The wardrobe is so clasic and elegant, wonderful.

As for more modern choices, I don't see much difference between a lot of movies. Clueless was fabulous, but I dont know if I actually loved the cltohes as much as I thought I did when I first saw it. I'll have to think more about it and repost.

I know it's so typical of me but if you see the promos for Alfie Sienna Miller has a great wardrobe in the film-it's basically the sort of stuff she wears off screen! Other than that, Alicia Silverstone in Clueless and Reese Witherspoon in Sweet Home Alabama, like nycgirl said. Reese has the cutest pair of beige cowboy boots with flowers on in that film-you know the scene where she tricks that guy into believing that massive white mansion was hers? I love them!
