Top internacional, a mineira Ana Beatriz Barros é símbolo de sucesso dentro e fora do Brasil. Ela foi escolhida para a campanha para simbolizar o presente, mas a loira presta reverência ao passado. “Fiquei louca quando vi a Luiza Brunet no set. Para mim é uma honra estar ao lado dela”. A modelo fez outras revelações: quer virar empresária e ter sua grife, planeja formar uma família, ser mãe, e confessa que não tem desejo de migrar para a televisão. “Estou vivendo o auge da minha carreira.”

Você tem feito trabalhos com mais frequência no Brasil e no Rio, não é?
Verdade. Há onze anos moro fora do país, mas agora estou circulando mais por aqui. Até porque meu namorado mora no Rio. Ele é empresário e se chama Roberto (ela se refere a Roberto Marinho Neto). Quando estou no Rio gosto de passear, vou muito ao RioSul, sabia? (risos)

Você vai ao shopping?
Vou sim, acredita? As pessoas até me olham, mas eu não ligo, continuo andando. Gosto de passear pelos corredores, jantar nos restaurantes e, claro, fazer umas comprinhas na maioria das vezes. Sou mulher, né? Não tem jeito.

E o que mais gosta de fazer quando não está trabalhando?
Gosto de ver filmes e, quando tenho tempo livre, assisto quatro DVDs de uma só vez. Também amo montar cavalo, o que faço bem desde pequenininha. O que é difícil de acreditar é que também curto viajar, conhecer outras culturas, embora a minha profissão me obrigue a rodar o mundo dentro de um avião. E sempre que posso estou com a minha família. Sem eles nada disso seria possível, porque é um meio muito difícil. Vem deles o meu sonho de formar uma família. Mas não é para já! Depois vão dizer que estou grávida... (risos). Queria ter quatro filhos, mas mudei de ideia. No mundo de hoje acho loucura ter quatro filhos, então ficaria feliz com dois.

Em relação à moda, o que você acha que tem a sua cara e que vai virar hit na próxima estação?
Nos desfiles e editorias que fiz lá fora, eu vi muito couro: vestido, saia, jaquetas. Também reparei um investimento forte nas cores fluorescentes em luvas e maquiagens. Então o que vai dominar os looks é a mistura de preto, couro e cores vibrantes. Eu sempre compro minissaias e invisto em saltos, que é o repertório da turma da moda. Acabei de fazer um trabalho com o John Galliano, que para mim é gênio, curto tudo o que ele faz. Também vi peças românticas, vestidos finos.

O futuro te preocupa de alguma forma?
Não me preocupa, porque tenho planos. Quero fazer faculdade de Marketing, abrir meu negócio e não quero nada com a televisão: nem ser apresentadora ou atriz. Não posso conciliar a carreira com as aulas por agora, então esse projeto deve esperar mais uns quatro anos. Não pretendo largar a moda de vez. Veja o exemplo da Luiza e como ela conseguiu conciliar os seus sonhos. A ideia é abrir uma grife e uma clínica de estética com as minhas irmãs Patrícia e Maria Luiza, que é dermatologista. Existem sonhos e esses sonhos são possíveis. Nunca estive tão bem na minha carreira, acho que estou no auge, também me sinto bem com meu namoro... Por enquanto está tudo excelente e, se melhorar, talvez piore.

And what do you like to do when you are not working?
I like to watch movies and when I have free time I watch four DVDs in a row. I also love riding horses, I do well since little. What is hard to believe is I also like traveling and see other cultures, although my job requires me to turn the world inside of an airplane. And whenever I can I'm with my family. Without them nothing of this would have been possible, because it is very difficult. From them comes my dream to start a family. But not for now! After that I am going to say that I'm pregnant ... (laughs). I always wanted to have four children, but I changed my mind. I think today it would be crazy to have four children, now I would be happy with two.

In relation to fashion, what do you think will turn a hit next season?
From the catwalk and editorials that I did out there, I saw a lot of leather: dresses, skirts, jackets. I also noticed a strong use of fluorescent colors in gloves and makeup. So what will dominate the looks is a mixture of black leather and vibrant colors. I always buy miniskirts and invest in heels, which is the repertoire of the group of fashion. I just did a job with John Galliano, which to me is genius, I love everything he does. I also saw romantic pieces, fine dresses.

The future worries you in any way?
It doesn’t worry me, because I have plans. I want to go to college and study marketing, open my own business and I want to have nothing to do with television: neither be a presenter nor an actress. I can not reconcile a career with university lectures for now, so this project must wait for another four years. I don’t intend to drop fashion for now. Take the example of Luiza and how she managed to reconcile her dreams. My idea is to open a brand and a beauty clinic with my sisters Patricia and Maria Luiza, who is a dermatologist. There are dreams and those dreams are possible. I've never been so well in my career, I think I'm at the peak, I also feel good about my relationship ... So far everything is excellent and if it would improve, it would maybe only become worse.
