THAT picture of Anna-Maria was choosen for our (IQ models) annual calendar because of 2 things:

1. Anna-Maria's outstanding beauty
2. The unique look of Anna-Maria on THAT picture, that you can't notice on any other picture of her shot by now

We @ IQ models had a lot of long lasting and really stupid discussions about Anna-Maria's beauty when we started working with her. I suppose that it's not really easy to believe now, however Anna-Maria indeed had quite thorny start at IQ models. Most likely she was just too beautiful to believe and a lot of rather influential in fashion industry people were putting a lot of effort to convince us that she's just "one of many", certainly "not the one". After all they just rejected her, many times.

As we all know now, Anna-Maria's beauty is really out of question anymore. It's common knowledge that SHE'S INCREDIBLE BEAUTIFUL, CERTAINLY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRLS IN THIS WORLD!

Also, I'd easily agree that Anna-Maria usually looks really happy, furthermore, I'd phrase this idea a bit more accurate, because I know her very well in person: - Anna-Maria not only LOOKS happy, she really IS a happy girl! Happy by her nature!

But, thinking over the idea of our annual calendar, we just didn't want to use "the image #1001 of happy looking, well known to everybody Anna-Maria...". We certainly wanted to create (or find) a picture, where such successful and very well recognizable girl would look different from any other picture of her that we all have seen before.

So, when we found THAT picture, we got extremely excited! We found Anna-Maria beautiful and DIFFERENT (undiscovered) at the same time though! Which was exactly what we were looking for for our calendar! And I tell you what, guys: - if we wouldn't find such a picture of Anna-Maria for our calendar, we'd rather not use any other picture of her at all! You know why? It's simple: - TOO BORING!!!

May be (I'm pretty sure!) it's not too boring for elegant and well-adjusted glossy magazines, but it's certainly too boring for the agency that suppose to generate NEW! After all, NEW is almost the only thing that we are trying to do at IQ models! And without being "new" I don't think that we would be as successful!

That's why, because of the idea of being "new", we have choosen exactly that picture of undoubtedly beautiful Anna-Maria for our calendar. And we all are very happy about our choice even now! But thank you for your comments guys anyway! They make us stronger, better concentrated! It's good for us!
