that would actually mean "kinda chinese, kinda japanese, kinda alagoense" (as in somebody who was born in Alagoas - Maceió, Brazil).

I'm still confused. So they're just referring to her look then, and not her heritage? When saying she's "kinda chinese, kinda japanese...", I mean.

^yes, They are just saying she resembles someone of those areas. A lot of people from Brazil, and latin America in general ussually have Asian -like features. Like r.andreh said, its probobly just due to the mixing with indigenous communities

Bingo incogneato!!! That's just what I was trying to say. I really don't know Bruna's heritage, though I'll try and find out that info with her agent here in Brazil. As soon as I get the info, u'll all be the first to know it.

Yes, it's just a nationality.

E.g Caroline Trentini is Italian and her nationality is Brazilian.

great! i've just spoken to her agent here in brazil and he told me she has got mixed heritage with a lot of indigenous blood. that's why she seems to be from many places at the same time. "kinda this, kinda that".

what matters is she's astonishingly beautiful.
