Burberry is always a very exclusive show and tough to get backstage access to. We don't have long back there and it's a race to see what we can find. This season I hit the jackpot when I spotted the face of Burberry, Cara Delevingne. How gorgeous is she?
The Burberry Makeup Look
Make up by Wendy Rowe
"Christopher Bailey (Burberry's Creative Director) said he wants to go back to basics this season, so for make-up it's the return of the classic Burberry girl," says Wendy. "Perfect skin is key. I've used Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base, (£35, uk.burberry.com) mixed with foundation for a flawless effect. On the lips is Tulip Pink Lip Mist, (£22.50, uk.burberry.com) and I've smudged and mixed 2 eye shadows - Eye Shades in Taupe and Almond, (£22.50, uk.burberry.com)."
Guest blogger and hair stylist Sam McKnight went back to beauty school with these prom-inspired dos for DSquared2. In his own words and pictures, this was the look:
"The inspiration was Sixties high school prom girls. I was thinking of girl bands such as The Shirelles, but also Peggy Lee and the more modern day Lana Del Rey. The result was big bouffants, beehives, and short kiss-curled crops, adorned with rhinestone clips. I loved the transformations of Arizona Muse and Cara Delevingne." So do we, Sam!
