i was actually at the shoot. hehe. i was part of the team that customized those ridiculously long hour garments. i cant believe carmen was actually able to stand up in those spiked leggings! they are soooo heavy. attaching the spikes took quite a while
but what took the longest out of all the garments were the stripe and harlequin beaded tights leggings that me and some other interns were responsible for. mine was the purple and silver one, it probably took at least 60 hours to do one my part. i wasnt able to finish the last bits of it due to school. i was only at the shoot for one day, but all the workers were working in the basement of showstudio, trying to finish all the last bits of the pieces. the only exciting thing was that carmen kass walked pass me as she came out of the toilet which i was sitting very close to. she had super white face and a big pompadour. it was a long and tiring process for all those who were involved in the customization. the shoot better look hot when it is out. edit: it is a big shoot, it is gonna be a 20 page spread i will die (in a bad way) if they end up not using the purple and silver leggings that i spent countless hours sewing the beads one by one onto it @_@

^ hhaha, true that. so we want the designers to offer jobs to the lady but not to dominate the jobs so much with their creativity and fantasy. that is a good definition of selfishness, but i guess that is what fans are
