Funny you should mention actress, maybe Emily might become one from this old interview I just found from Bolero magazine (around when she was promoting Aqcua di Gioia in St. Tropez). I was too lazy to get an accurate translation from Swiss German so I used the translation tool

I would like to see her in Victoria's Secret as well but it seems she's content with mainly being on a little break and modeling part-time with mostly Maybelline for now.
