"...Her partnership with makeup giant Maybelline will likely garner the 21-year-old millions of dollars and the kind of security that's letting her pursue some new interests. Chief among them is buying a home in Los Angeles.

“I like places where there's that sense of escape,” says Wasson. “Maybe that comes from growing up in Texas, where everything's so spread out. But living in New York for so long, I miss the sun. I want a garden, my own little sanctuary.” In L.A., she'll be six hours from her favorite snowboarding mountain, Mammoth, and just minutes from “some of the best surfing in the world.” Wasson is so devoted to the sport, she's not afraid to splash around at New York's Far Rockaway beach, which has a cleanliness record that many residents would say is dubious at best.

When she's not hanging ten or traveling for work—Maui is a favorite destination “for its uninhibited, spiritual feel” —Wasson will be setting up house. “I have knickknacks from all the places I've been,” she says. “I want to fill my home with stories.” After that, she'll find her “favorite coffee shop” and may eventually take up glassblowing or jewelry making. “I'm pretty chill,” says Wasson. “I hope that comes across in my work. I do live a very normal life.”

"...Speaking of edgy, that's exactly what Erin Wasson's shorn-at-the-sides bob was. "It's not that I think that I'm odd-looking, but I'm thankful to those who booked me and I'm trying to have a good time," she said about the Fashion Week craze. But dressed in baggy Levi's and a brown sweater, munching red licorice, she clearly stood out among the designer/vintage clad crowd. "I eat what I want," Wasson said about her sweet tooth. "I don't give a f***. Oh, excuse me."

plus,she loves to ride her own vintage cars,and cali,is just perfect for it oh this one for real does snowboarding,there's no cold allergies at all and I think it is a little bit more than minutes away from that surfing spot" it is exactly 3 hours
