That hair on her arms is definitely a sign of anorexia, blondes are not usually that hairy. Poor thing, she obviously has no idea how bad she looks, I hope she gets help asap.

I saw another picture of her, at the same event, in a magazine here, and she looked a WHOLE lot better than that. I don't know if they edited it to make it look less horrific or what, but she looked fine!
